> Scientific and Medical Network

Has a mission "To deepen understanding in science, medicine and education by fostering both rational analysis and intuitive insights." The Scientific and Medical Network is an international organisation which publishes a quarterly journal, and holds meetings and conferences with key speakers in the field.

> Institute of Noetic Sciences

Dedicated to expanding science beyond conventional paradigms, founded by Edgar Mitchell, the astronaut. There are branches in many cities, including London England.

> Temenos Academy

"Scholars and teachers, committed to what is now generally known as 'the perennial philosophy' - the learning of the Imagination - [are] invited to lecture and hold study groups and to teach the ever-growing number of devoted Friends and students." The Temenos Academy is based in London and its patron is HRH Prince of Wales. Its founding members include Kathleen Raine, the poet and Blake scholar

UKC runs an MA in Studies in Mysticism and Religious Experience at the Canterbury site.

Surrey University runs a PgCert course in Spiritual Development and Facilitation

> Liverpool John Moores University

JMU Liverpool runs an MSc in Consciousness and Transpersonal Psychology. Its teaching staff are involved with the Consciousness and Transpersonal Psychology Research Unit and are also regular contributors to the Transpersonal Psychology Review. The Department has now launched a new distance-learning version of the MSc in Consciousness and Transpersonal Psychology.
